Stories of Resilience

The Emergency Relief Fund, created in partnership by the Yoga Alliance Foundation and Ivy Child International, brought swift financial support to yoga professionals worldwide experiencing extreme finan- cial hardship due to COVID-19. It is our honor to share just a few of the 430+ fund recipients’ stories about how the pandemic has affected their teaching and lives, and how their gift of sharing yoga serves their communities.

2021 Online Teaching Exemption (OTE)

The Online Teaching Exemption is now available for current and future RYS members who meet qualification requirements, receive application approval, and begin their teacher training program(s) in 2021. Through- out this year, YA will use findings from the OTE and the experience of its participants to inform future online learning standards and influence our long-term educational processes.
